Un percorso di 18 buche accompagna 72 giocatori nei luoghi più significativi della città.

Besides Munich and Vienna, in 2017 the South Tyrolean spa town of Merano will also host an In City Golf event, with Merano and its alpinemediterranean setting not ranking behind the two big cities. The invitational tournament of July 14th and 15th will see South Tyrolean sports and entertainment celebrities compete at an 18-hole urban golf course. On lovely promenades like the Kurpromenade and the Tappeiner Trail, or at the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle (which rank among the world’s most beautiful botanical gardens), this intriguing and spectacular form of golf can be experienced at first hand.

Un Kick-Off in attesa della tappa estiva di In City Golf a Merano. Oltre ai professionisti Giulia Sergas e Margherita Rigon, ha partecipato nel Nearest-to-the-Pin Contest, anche il miglior amatore dell’Alto Adige: Franz Pföstel.

Merano was granted the status of town in 1317 by Duke Henry of Carinthia. The town’s 700th anniversary is marked throughout the year 2017 with a richly varied program of events.
